The second workshop dedicated to self-leadership within the 2nd edition of the Rising Managers Academy is being held on March 12 and 13. The first training is conducted by Tomasz Cichocki, consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach with 10 years of professional experience as a Project Manager and development manager. The training aims to understand what leadership is and how to become a leader over scientific career development and make meaningful everyday decisions, including staff management.
