We would like to remind you that applications for projects implemented in consortiums under the SMAT Consortium program are currently eligible to be submitted. This program is addressed to consortiums planning to implement comprehensive projects: R&D work, innovation implementation, development of R&D infrastructure, internationalization, development of competencies of employees and company managers, digitization of enterprises. The implementation of the R&D module is obligatory for a consortium that includes a large entrepreneur. For a consortium that does not include a large enterprise, R&D or innovation implementation is a mandatory module. The remaining modules can be implemented depending on the needs and specificity of the project. A maximum of 3 consortium members can participate in each module.
The project must fit into at least one National Smart Specialization. The minimum amount of eligible expenses under the module is:
- in the case of the R&D module implemented by a consortium that does not include a large enterprise – PLN 1 million,
- in the case of the R&D module implemented by a consortium including a large enterprise – PLN 2 million.
Maximum value and level of co-financing: dependent on the type of public aid selected within the modules.
The total budget of the call for proposals is PLN 1,335,000,000 with the deadline set to: February 8, 2024, at 16.00.
