The Foundation for Polish Science is opening a call for applications for the START program (2024 edition), in which young scientists can win a scholarship for outstanding scientific achievements. Applications for the competition can be submitted until November 3, 2023.
The START scholarship of the Foundation for Polish Science is a prestigious distinction for the most talented young researchers, awarded in recognition of their scientific achievements. Scientists representing all fields of science who are under 30 years of age in the year of submitting the application may apply for it.
The main criteria assessed are the quality and originality of the candidate’s scientific achievements to date, as well as the most important research achievement. In the previous edition, the scholarship amount was PLN 30,000. zloty. The scholarship can be used for any purpose.
