Trainings

This section will provide the content and output of eight regular training sessions delivered by the Grant Specialist on how to identify relevant projects calls, prepare grant applications and provide feedback on draft proposals delivered to IARFR’s staff and external academia stakeholders.

WP 3.3 Training session on proposal preparation and management

  1. Training session on proposal preparation from Erasmus Plus program – mobilities for staff and doctoral students of the IAR&FR PAS in Olsztyn, KA 131 and KA 171 + extra online sessions on January, 17th and 19th 2023.

    The sessions offer in-depth guidance on creating competitive grant proposals, breaking down the key components such as the abstract, background, objectives, methodology, impact, and budget. Special attention is given to best practices for writing proposals that are clear, concise, and persuasive, with a strong focus on aligning the language and objectives with the specific priorities of the funding body. Participants gain skills in creating realistic, detailed work plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. They also learn how to prepare a comprehensive and justified budget, understand eligible costs, and navigate various budget categories.
