The first course of the Rising Managers Academy planned between 8 and 10 February 2023 for ten young post-doctoral staff members of the Institute dedicated to the scientist’s career planning will be run by Joanna Kaniewska, senior HR, Talent & Capacity Development Manager. She worked in EPHA (European Public Health Alliance) since September 2021 after gaining research and science communication experience in academia, industry and NGO sectors. She graduated from the University of Huddersfield and got a Ph.D. degree in Medical Sciences from the University of Aberdeen.
