The recent RMA3 session “Effective Collaboration in Research”, held on April 10–11, 2025, and led by Patrycja Radek, was a dynamic and insightful event focused on strengthening research partnerships. Centered on the idea that collaboration is key to impactful research, the session offered participants practical tools to enhance their teamwork capabilities. Topics included building trust among partners, managing shared responsibilities, overcoming communication barriers, and navigating the typical challenges of collaborative work. Through a combination of hands-on exercises, real-life case studies, and peer learning activities, attendees had the opportunity to deepen their understanding and sharpen their collaboration skills. Whether working in academic teams, across institutions, or with non-academic stakeholders, participants left the session better equipped to promote effective and resilient research collaborations.
