On February 20, 2025, the 3rd edition of the Raising Managers Academy (RMA) will officially launch. The program’s inception was preceded by a comprehensive recruitment process, during which 50 scientists from across Poland were assessed. Ultimately, 20 candidates were selected, representing diverse fields such as life sciences, medicine, archaeology, and psychology.
The RMA curriculum comprises ten two-day thematic training modules, equipping researchers with essential skills in grant writing, team management, and effective communication of scientific findings to various audiences.
The opening session, “Design Thinking in Science,” will be led by Piotr Wasyluk.
