On December 4th at 2 pm, the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn will host a joint ceremony to celebrate the completion of the 1st and 2nd editions of the Raising Managers Academy (RMA). The event will recognize participants – early-career scientists from our region – who have successfully completed the program, which is designed to help them build essential leadership and management skills.
The goal of the Raising Managers Academy is to prepare the next generation of leaders by offering practical training in management, communication, and problem-solving. Throughout the course, participants have worked on case studies, workshops, and real-world scenarios to develop their abilities to manage teams, lead projects, and navigate organizational challenges.
The two RMA editions focused on giving participants the tools they need to lead confidently and effectively, whether they’re managing teams, driving change, or fostering innovation. The certificate ceremony will celebrate their hard work and growth, marking an important milestone in their professional development.
