On December 4, 2024, we celebrated the closing of the 2nd edition of the Rising Managers Academy at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn, on Tuwima 10. The event was joined by the Institute’s Director, Prof. Mariusz K. PiskuĊa.
This edition brought together 15 participants who took part in 10 training modules on communication, project management, and writing grant proposals. Altogether, they completed 166 hours of training.
Recruitment for the 3rd edition kicks off this month, with sessions planned for 2025. Stay tuned for more details!
