INNOGLOBO Call for Proposals – ongoing call for proposals

We would like to remind you that the 5th INNOGLOBO Programme is currently open for applications. The programme supports international research and development cooperation between Polish entities and partners from countries with which Poland maintains diplomatic relations. It is open to a wide range of thematic areas, including niche and highly specialised topics. Eligible applicants on the Polish side include research and knowledge-dissemination organisations, micro, small, medium-sized and large enterprises, as well as consortia composed of these entities. Funding may be allocated to industrial research and experimental development projects aligned with at least one area from the National Smart Specialisations (KIS) list, including: KIS 1. zdrowe społeczeństwo / healthy society, KIS 2. nowoczesne rolnictwo, leśnictwo i żywność / modern agriculture, forestry and food, KIS 3. zrównoważone (bio)produkty, (bio)procesy i środowisko / sustainable (bio)products, (bio)processes and environment, KIS 7. gospodarka o obiegu zamkniętym / circular economy.

The total NCBR budget amounts to PLN 20 million. Funding per Polish applicant ranges from PLN 300,000 to PLN 2,000,000. For non-commercial research organisations, funding may cover up to 100% of eligible costs.

The maximum public aid intensity granted to an undertaking may not exceed:

  1. Experimental development: up to 60% (micro/small enterprises), 50% (medium enterprises), and 40% (large enterprises) of eligible costs.
  2. Industrial research: up to 80% (micro/small enterprises), 75% (medium enterprises), and 65% (large enterprises) of eligible costs.
