The INNOGLOBO program enables entities from Poland to establish research and development cooperation (in various thematic areas) with foreign partners from countries with which Poland maintains diplomatic relations. As part of the call for proposals, applicants have the opportunity to obtain funding for the implementation of international projects with diverse budgets, covering various thematic areas, including niche ones. The requirements for a call for proposals include participation in the project by at least one foreign partner and alignment of the project’s thematic scope with the current National Smart Specialization List. The funding can be allocated for conducting industrial research and development work.

- Research and knowledge dissemination organizations
- Micro/small/medium/large enterprises
- Consortia
The budget of the NCBR allocated for co-financing the participation of Polish entities in the 4th competition of the INNOGLOBO Program is 15 million PLN, with the following conditions:
- The minimum amount of funding for tasks carried out within the project by the Polish Applicant is 400,000 PLN.
- The maximum amount of funding for tasks carried out within the project by the Polish Applicant is 1.5 million PLN.
For research organizations, the level of co-financing can reach up to 100% of the eligible project costs.
