We are excited to inform about the next RMA3 session titled Effective Collaboration in Research, led by Patrycja Radek, taking place on April 10–11, 2025.
Collaboration is the cornerstone of successful, impactful research, especially in interdisciplinary, international, or community-based projects. This training will explore practical strategies to build and maintain strong research partnerships, overcome communication barriers, manage shared responsibilities, and navigate common challenges in collaborative environments.
Participants will engage in hands-on exercises, case studies, and peer learning activities to boost their collaboration skills whether working in academic teams, across institutions, or with non-academic partners.
